Sixty minutes was not enough in a back-and-forth duel between two of the top teams in the Eastern Conference on Friday night. Although the Capitols were able to secure a point, they ultimately fell in overtime to Dubuque.
Mason Moe scored twice in the game to help propel Madison's offense on Friday night. It was the Minnesota commit's third multi-goal game of the season. He now has 17 goals on the season to go along with 26 assists.

Caleb Heil stopped 25 of 30 shots sent his way in the overtime loss for Madison.Â
Madison faces off against Green Bay in the final regular season game of the season tomorrow night. The Caps could still finish as high as the top seed in the Eastern Conference or as low as fourth place heading into the playoffs. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:05 pm at Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena.
