The Madison Capitols twice grabbed the lead, but Dubuque rallied for a 4-2 win in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals on Monday night.
Gavin Uhlenkamp opened the scoring midway through the first period, and after Dubuque tied it early in the second, Ryker Lee quickly answered to put Madison back on top. However, a Fighting Saints power-play goal evened the game again, and Dubuque added the eventual game-winner in the third before sealing it with an empty-netter.
With the loss, Madison now trails the best-of-five series 2-1 and will face a must-win Game 4 at home on Tuesday night. Tickets are available at tickets.madcapshockey.com.
