The Madison Capitols fell to the Youngstown Phantoms, 4-2, on Friday night. Madison still leads the best-of-five series, 2-1, with Game 4 set for Saturday at Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena.
After a scoreless first period, Madison and Youngstown exchanged goals in the second, scoring twice each.
Tied 2-2 entering the third, the Phantoms took control, scoring two goals to secure the win. Goals for Madison came from John Stout and Jackson Nevers. Caleb Heil faced 34 shots, stopping 31.
