ALCOHOL
For those who would like to consume alcoholic beverages, they are available at almost all concession stands throughout the arena. There are four bars located in the arena: one in the Paul Davis Suter Suite, which is designated for Suter Suite guests only; one on the Paul Davis Executive Level, which is designated for Paul Davis Private Suite guests only; one in the Coors Light Eagle's Nest, which is designated for ticketed guests of the Eagle's Nest; and one located just inside of the arena located in the northwest corner of the lower bowl.
Note: All You Can Eat and Drink tickets with beer and seltzer do not include hard alcohol. That can be purchased for an additional cost.
AMERICAN DISABILITIES ACT (ADA)/ACCESSIBILITY
Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena and the Madison Capitols strive to provide excellent service to all guests no matter the needs. We are pleased to have accessible seating at all levels of seating at our arena. Accessible seating is not available for purchase online but can be purchased by calling the front office at 608-257-2277. Additional companion seating may be purchased as well based on availability. Please call ahead of time as ADA-friendly seating is limited and often goes quickly. For those guests with specific needs, we offer easy access to the arena elevator, access to all concession and merchandise stands, accessible restrooms, and trained service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside the arena. The is ADA Parking spaces adjacent to the main entrance of the arena.
ANIMALS
Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are welcome. All other animals are prohibited.
AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES
Professional and/or commercial cameras with interchangeable or detachable lenses are not permitted without approval of the Capitols organization. Guests are asked to not stand in aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking pictures.
AUTOGRAPHS
At the conclusion of most Capitols games, there will be a post game autographs session in the lobby. Each person in line is asked to only have one autograph item ready to sign. The player signing will typically be announced prior to the game.

BABY-CHANGING AREAS
Changing stations are located in the both restrooms in the main lobby as well as in the family restroom and women's restroom in the Eagle's Nest.
BAG SEARCH
All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the arena.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners and signs may not obstruct the view of guests, must be event related, and may not contain objectionable subject matter or be commercial in nature. Banners may not be attached to the building or hung over railings. The Madison Capitols reserve the right to remove any banner or sign at any time. Any flags, banners, signs, or other items that are affixed to any pole or stick made of wood, metal, plastic, or any hard material are not permitted.
BIRTHDAYS

BOX OFFICE
The box office at Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena is on the south side of the lobby. Will call is on the north side of the lobby opposite from the box office.
HOURS:
- Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Saturdays and Sundays of event days four hours prior to the event - one hour after event begins.
- On weekdays where there is an event, the box office will be open through one hour after the event begins.
The box office does not accept cash.
BROADCASTING INFORMATION
Capitols games can be found on FloHockey and on CapsRadio on YouTube. The broadcaster for the Madison Capitols is Drew Steele.

BUYING TICKETS
Tickets can be purchased online via the Madison Capitols ticketing website, tickets.madcapshockey.com, which is accessible with all devices, or over the phone by calling the Capitols front office at 608-257-2277.
CAMERAS, VIDEO CAMERAS AND AUDIO RECORDERS
Point-and-shoot cameras are allowed into the arena on game days. Professional and/or commercial cameras with interchangeable or detachable lenses are not permitted without approval of the Capitols organization. Guests are asked to not stand in aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking pictures.
CARRY-IN POLICY
Fans are not permitted to bring in any food or beverage. Fans are permitted to enter with small handheld purses or bags. Diaper bags and/or bags required for family care are allowed. Backpacks and larger duffel bags are not permitted.
CASHLESS
Starting in the fall of 2025, Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena is turning cashless, this includes our ticketing, merchandise, and concessions.
CELL PHONES
The use of cell phones is permitted, provided they do not interfere with another guest's ability to enjoy the game.
CHILDREN
Tickets are sold by the chair, not by the age, so if you would like your child to have their own seat, they will require their own ticket. All children two and under and sitting on a lap do not need a ticket.
Note: Any child that does not have a ticket will not receive any giveaway item.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Madison Capitols are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests. To provide these types of experiences, we have standards and expectations for all guests and visitors. The Guest Code of Conduct outlines those expectations and policies.
- Treat everyone with respect and dignity by displaying proper etiquette as outlined below. Guests should refrain from any action that disrupts other guests' enjoyment of the event.
- Do not engage in any unruly behavior, including obscene gestures, derogatory, vulgar, biased or abusive language directed at guests, Capitols personnel, players, or anyone else.
- Refrain from wearing any clothing or displaying signage/products that contains obscene or indecent messages or signs. The Capitols reserve the right to prohibit anything deemed inappropriate.
- Do not fight, throw objects, or attempt to interfere with the game.
- Consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and avoid intoxication, diminished capacity, or impairment by alcohol or drugs. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages.
- Sit only in your ticketed seat and show your ticket when asked by Capitols personnel.
- Do not exit the arena with the expectation to re-enter.
- Refrain from smoking inside the venue. Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena is a non-smoking venue.

COORS LIGHT EAGLE'S NEST
Our Eagle's Nest is loaded with eight beers on tap and a handful of seltzers. Experience a one of a kind view overlooking the action. The area can accommodate multiple smaller groups or be rented out for your private party. This area, when open to the public and not rented out, is an All-You-Can-Eat and Drink experience for those with tickets in the area only.

Diaper bags are permitted into the arena.

DOOR OPEN TIMES
Doors will open to the general public 65 minutes prior to the start of the game. Player on-ice warmups will commence 40 minutes prior to the start of the game.

ELEVATOR
There is one elevator at Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena, which is located just inside the main entrance to the arena. Guests are required to present a corresponding ticket to gain access the elevator.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency, Capitols personnel have been trained and instructed to assist guests in evacuating the arena.
ENTRY INSPECTION
To ensure the highest level of safety and security, the Capitols reserve the right to security screen all guests entering the arena.
EVENT SEATING POLICY
To ensure all our fans receive the full value of their ticket investment, only those with a ticket for a particular seat can occupy that seat. Our staff has the right to check tickets to safeguard each guest's investment as a ticketed seat holder.
EXIT AND RE-ENTRY
Do not exit the arena with the expectation to re-enter as it is not allowed at Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena

FAMILY RESTROOMS
There is one family restroom inside Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena. It is located in the Coors Light Eagle's Nest.
FIRST AID
First aid is available inside of Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena. Please find a staff member when needing assistance, and they will be more than happy to help.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Concessions stands are located in various spots throughout the arena having everything from traditional stadium favorites to items with a twist. Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena is also proud to serve alcohol at most of our concessions stands as well.

In the event of a game being cancelled, please check the Madison Capitols website at madcapshockey.com and our social media pages for updates and re-scheduled dates. Updates will be provided immediately to keep everyone informed.
GIVEAWAY POLICY
Giveaways are given out by the fan, not by the ticket. Fans are to receive one giveaway upon admittance into Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena - Middleton. These fans will then receive something that will notify our staff that they have already received an item.
GROUP TICKETS
Purchase 15 or more tickets to a single Capitols game and receive exclusive discounted ticket rate, best available block of seating, group recognition, and a dedicated Madison Capitols account representative.

Located at the chuck-a-puck table in the lobby at Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena - Middleton, our Guest Services team will be able to assist with any questions or needs that you have during your visit to the arena.

HOURS OF OPERATION
The Capitols front office is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Caps Closet Team Store is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and opens on game days at the same time as doors open. These hours are subject to change.
HOW COLD IS THE ARENA
Although it may not be as cold as most ice arenas, we have to keep our arena chilly to keep the ice frozen. We would recommend wearing layers to ensure you are comfortable during your experience.
ID
The Capitols hold the right to check proof of ID of anyone who is attempting to purchase alcohol inside of Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena - Middleton. This includes holding the right to refuse someone not showing the correct age to buy alcohol.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
If a game is postponed for any reason, tickets to that game will be assigned to the makeup date.
LAPTOPS/TABLETS
Although laptops and tablets are allowed inside of Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena - Middleton, we very strongly discourage bringing them to a game. This is for the safety and enjoyment of yourself and of others around you due to the pace of play.
LASER POINTERS
Laser pointers are prohibited inside of Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena - Middleton. Anyone found with a laser pointer will be removed from that game.
LEGACY20 SUITE
New for 2024-25, this all-inclusive suite will have updates on our premium seating page, which can be found HERE.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and found at Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena - Middleton can be found just inside of Rink B. More valueable items will be held onto by the arena staff.
MASCOT
D.C. Eagle can be found roaming around the arena on game nights delighting fans of all ages. He's happy to take photos with fans as well.
MERCHANDISE
Official Madison Capitols merchandise can be bought inside of the Caps Closet, which can be found in the lobby of Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena - Middleton. Caps Closet is open during normal business hours and during games.

NATIONAL ANTHEM
The Capitols welcome groups to perform the National Anthem throughout the season. To get your group to perform, head over to this site to learn more.
NETTING
Fan safety is of the utmost importance to our organization, so safety netting can be found throughout the arena. If you are looking to sit behind one of those areas, they can be found in section 101, 104, & 105 in our lower bowl as well as the entirety of our Coors Light Eagle's Nest.
NOISE MAKERS
The Capitols reserve the right to not allow or remove any noise makers from the building that impact the experience for fans at Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena - Middleton.
OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE
For the safety and security of our fans, outside food & beverage (including bottled water) cannot be brought inside Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena - Middleton.
PARKING
Parking for Capitols games is free in our arena's parking lot on both the north and south sides of the building. Street parking is also allowed and free.

Food, beverages, weapons of any kind, (even with a concealed weapons permit) containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals, and compressed air horns are all prohibited at Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena - Middleton.
PUCKS
Pucks can and will be launched into the stands at Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena - Middleton, so make sure to stay alert while game play is occuring. If you or someone near you gets struck by a puck, please find the nearest Capitols employee.
