The Madison Capitols are proud to announce the return of their Stick to Reading program for the 2025-26 season, designed to inspire and reward young readers across the community.
Â
Through this initiative, kids who read three books will earn a free ticket to any Sunday home game of their choosing along with discounted tickets for their families. Families can secure their tickets and learn more by visiting the Capitols website.
Â
Schools and libraries across the area are partnering with the Capitols to promote the program, encouraging kids to combine their love for reading with their passion for hockey. If your school or library would like to participate, please contact the Madison Capitols to get involved.
Â
"The Stick to Reading program is about more than just hockey," said
Juliette Makara, President of the Madison Capitols. "It's about encouraging a lifelong love of reading while creating unforgettable experiences for kids and their families at our games."
Â
The Capitols are committed to supporting education, literacy, and community involvement one book and one hockey game at a time.
