Madison Capitols Head Coach and General Manager Trent Eigner announced Friday that the team has added forward Landon MacSwain ahead of the regular season, which starts Saturday.

MacSwain, a native of Anchorage, Alaska, played in 67 games for Red Deer in the WHL last season recording 26 points, including twelve goals. With the Rebels, the forward played in five playoff games.

Prior to his time with Red Deer, MacSwain played two seasons with the Chicago Mission AAA program. He also appeared in one game with Fairbanks in the NAHL.

MacSwain will wear number 24 for the Capitols.
