Caps Win 6-3 Over Green Bay

Coming off of their first loss in four games, Madison returned home for their final home game of the regular season. In the first period of play, Madison was able to jump out to an early lead, but the visitors were able to respond showing it was going to be a back and forth game. Brendan Lamb got Madison on the board first in period number one, which his line-mate Finn Brink was able to find the second Caps goal as well to get the Caps a 2-1 lead at intermission number one.

In the second period, the Capitols once again played back and forth with Green Bay finding the first goal in the period to tie things at two. Later on in the period, Madison found the back of the net for their second power play goal of the night on two tries. The Capitols lead remained at one after forty minutes of play.

Madison really took control in the third period scoring three times in the final period. Brink picked up his second of the night, Kuzma picked up his first, as well as a first of the season. Slava Tugolukov picked up his first of his career with a goal late in the third period. Madison took home a 6-3 victory.

The Caps improve to 17-40-2-2 on the season and 5-2-0-1 in the month of April. The Caps conclude their season tomorrow night in Green Bay at the Resch Center. Tonight's sellout marks the team's eighth of the season as well!

Thank you Caps Fans!
