What is a minimum group order?
The minimum to order is 15 tickets.
Is there a discount when I order group tickets?
Yes. Any group over 15 tickets gets a discount that is only beaten by our season tickets price.
Are there any additional costs we should know about?
If your group chooses to purchase your tickets via a group link, there will be an additional fee put on the tickets. This fee will not be put on the tickets if buying all at once.
When is the final payment due for my outing?
Final payments for all outings are due one week out from your event. This excludes groups that choose to purchase via a group link.
Can we turn a group outing into a fundraiser?
Yes! If your group is a nonprofit and looking to raise money, please let us know, and we can set that up for you. We will add an additional cost onto each ticket that will all go back to your group.
What time can my group enter the arena?
The entire arena, including suites and hospitality spaces, opens 65 minutes before puck drop (ex. 6:00 pm for a 7:05 pm start time).
What age do children require a ticket to enter the arena?
Tickets are sold by the chair, not by the age, so if you would like your child to have their own seat, they will require their own ticket. All children two and under and sitting on a lap do not need a ticket.
If I need additional tickets, can I get them at the discounted price?
Additional tickets can be purchased at the discounted group rate, based on availability.
