The Capitols would like to congratulate tendered forward Michael Tang on his commitment to Harvard University, which he announced on Wednesday. Tang skated during the 2024-25 season with the Toronto Titans U16 AAA team. In 113 games with the Titans, Tang registered 191 points including 79 goals.

The forward out of Toronto, Ontario, became the second player to secure his spot on the 2025-26 roster in April when he inked his tender to play for the Capitols. He became the fourth tender in team history joining active players Jet Kwajah and Stephen Cover, also tendered this season. Caps alum Will Felicio was the first tender in team history in 2022-23.

The Capitols have had two alums skate for Harvard during their collegiate careers, Jace Foskey and Casey Severo, with a third set to join the Crimson for this season, James Mackey.
